Class Enrollment Refunds

Full Refund

More than 14 days before class starts

50% Refund

7-14 days before class starts

No Refund

Less than 7 days before class

Monthly Tuition

  • Monthly tuition is non-refundable once the month has begun
  • Unused classes do not roll over to the next month
  • In case of extended illness (with doctor's note), credit may be issued at our discretion
  • School closures due to holidays or emergencies will be made up or credited

Shop Purchases

Return Window

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made costumes and jewelry
  • Used ghungroos (anklets)
  • Digital products (music CDs once opened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Workshop & Event Refunds

  • Workshops: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before event
  • Performances: Tickets are non-refundable but transferable
  • If we cancel an event, full refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@vidhyalaya.com with your order/enrollment details
  2. Include reason for refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
