1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vidhyalaya services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Vidhyalaya provides classical dance, yoga, vocal, and language education services. We offer in-person classes at our studio locations and may offer online classes. We also sell dance-related products through our online shop.
3. Registration & Enrollment
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Parents/guardians must register on behalf of minors
- Enrollment is subject to availability and approval
- Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule
- Monthly fees are auto-deducted at the beginning of each month. Payments can be made via credit card, debit, or bank transfer.
4. Class Policies
Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for progress. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class. Ensuring on time arrival is necessary.
Dress Code
Wearing uniform to class is mandatory. Students must wear appropriate attire for their respective classes. Dance students should wear practice salwar or costume as specified by the instructor.
5. Payment Terms
- Monthly fee will be auto-deducted at the beginning of each month
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Returned payments will be subject to a $25 fee
6. Intellectual Property
All content, choreography, music, and materials provided during classes are the intellectual property of Vidhyalaya and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Liability
Participants engage in classes at their own risk. Vidhyalaya is not liable for injuries sustained during classes. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any physical activity.
